Stillpoint Family Care — Memphis, Tennessee

When family conversations
feel impossible to navigate.

Structured family facilitation designed to bring calm, clarity, and practical direction to emotionally difficult conversations, caregiving stress, and major life transitions.

Families don’t reach out because they’ve failed —
they reach out because the situation matters enough to deserve structure, clarity, and support.

Difficult conversations your family
can’t quite get through alone.

Frequently Asked

Is this therapy?

No. Stillpoint is structured family facilitation, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. The focus is communication, de-escalation, and practical support — not diagnosis or treatment.

Is this legal mediation?

No. Stillpoint is not court-approved mediation and does not provide legal advice or dispute resolution. It’s facilitation for communication and transition-related family conversations.

Do all family members have to participate?

Not always. Some situations work best with multiple participants; others may begin with fewer. Fit is determined during the intake process.

Will you take sides or decide who’s right?

No. Stillpoint is entirely neutral. The facilitator does not take sides, assign blame, or advocate for any participant. The goal is productive structure.

What happens after the session?

You receive a written summary covering major themes, areas of agreement, unresolved concerns, and practical next steps.

What situations are not a fit?

Stillpoint is not appropriate for custody disputes, active domestic violence, divorce litigation, psychiatric emergencies, or situations requiring crisis intervention.
